Because it’s my belief that the more you know, the better conversations we can have. We can get down to the meat of your problem and discuss ways to solve it. Because that’s what I am. A certified problem solver.

Since 1996, I’ve been helping people solve their problems via insurance. I took it to the limit and became a Certified Insurance Counselor too. Why? To pepper my “war chest”, if you will, with knowledge that helps me better help YOU.

 About Carrie

Carrie Reynolds has achieved industry recognition with the creation of her alter ego, The Insurance Goddess, having been featured in both Erie Insurance’s Agent Exchange and Progressive Insurance’s Agency Insights magazines. She has written articles for www.propertycasualty360.com (“4 Strategies to Avoid the Social Media Time Drain” and “Create Brand You and Blow Away the Competition”) and has also been the subject of a story and podcast for Insurance Journal (“From Accidental Agent to Insurance Goddess”).

Carrie joined her family-owned insurance agency, Alan Galvez Insurance, in 1996, after graduating from Wittenberg University with a degree in Business Management. She is licensed for both property/casualty and life/health, and holds the Certified Insurance Counselor designation. She has since become co-owner, as well as earning her Masters in Business from Capital University.

When not at the office, she’s involved with Bellefontaine Rotary Club, serves as a Logan County Chamber of Commerce ambassador, and serves on the board for the International Friendship Center. She also enjoys riding her motorcycle, playing her clarinet in the West Central Ohio Community Concert Band, scrapbooking and gardening.

She is a firm believer in not just selling policies, but offering solutions that benefit the customer. Carrie’s talent is in “translating” insurancespeak into understandable terms, educating her customers and the general public and even making the insurance seeking process less scary and yes, even fun.

A resident of Bellefontaine, Ohio, she is married to Robert and they have two children, Annika and Ethan.
